Privacy

Read4Max Games does not require an email address or a traditional account.

Local browser data

Your selected theme, local game progress, practice results, optional nickname choice, and a random private player token are stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage can remove that local identity and its connection to your public scores.

Community data

When you finish an official daily game, the service may store your anonymous player identifier, optional public nickname, game score, completion time, streak, rating, and difficulty vote in a Cloudflare D1 database. Nicknames and leaderboard results are public. The private token used to verify your browser identity is stored only as a cryptographic hash on the server.

Ratings

A rating or difficulty vote is accepted only after the same player identity has an official completion for that game. Aggregate ratings and difficulty results are visible to everyone.

Tracking

The current release does not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.
